Every product on Genuinn must pass a rigorous, multi-stage inspection to be certified and listed. Here's how we do it.
Stage 1: Initial Product & Supplier Screening
We begin by evaluating potential products and their suppliers against our internal 50-point checklist, covering material quality, brand reputation, and ethical sourcing.
Stage 2: Physical Item Verification
A sample product is sent to our in-house team of experts who conduct a hands-on inspection. They use specialized tools and techniques to verify materials, construction, and authenticity markers.
Stage 3: Provenance & Documentation Check
We trace the product's journey through the supply chain. We require and verify documentation, such as certificates of authenticity and factory records, to confirm its origin.
Stage 4: Final Certification & Listing
Only after passing all previous stages is a product given the Genuinn certification. It is then professionally photographed and listed on our marketplace with a detailed verification report.
